After seeing the amazing image of an owl hat the other day I needed to track down the source and discovered Brasilian knitwear designer Helen Rödel. Look at these masks!
There aren’t many english pages on her but here are my fav images of some of her work. 
Of course I’ve picked the most theatrical and costume-like of her designs as they are so much fun!
